My puppy is a Chiguhua and She cant go outside to pee && Poop Well i take her outside to do her business and she chases rabbits that are going around and squirells and other dogs and mice. I just hate it . I think my doggie is stupid. But i Loe her & all but shes too dumb to take time to go outside & pee & Poop . Please give me some tips to help my Preciouse(thts her name).:)

I suggest trying to crate train Precious. Crate training is effective for most dogs. Not all dogs crate train at the same schedule so give your dog more time to get used to what you are trying to make her learn. Use lots of praise when she does pee and poop outside.

I you aren’t able to crate train her then try to train her to use a litter box or puppy pads.
